Lifetime warranty is our commitment to you. If your Foxarmy product is damaged or defective, we will repair or replace it for free. If we are unable to repair your product, we will replace it with a product of equal or better physical condition and functionality.

Foxarmy warranty does not cover:

(a) Claims of defects resulting from normal wear and tear of any components (including knobs, finishes, etc.);

(b) Claims of defects caused by modifications, including; aftermarket modifications, unauthorized servicing, improper maintenance, natural disasters;

(c) Claims of defects involving personal subjective preferences or judgments. Additionally, if modifications or maintenance are performed by anyone other than Foxarmy, this warranty is void.
